Tommy's Hi Tech Auto Repair

I initially made an appointment at Tommy's High Tech Auto Repair thinking I needed to replace all my brakes and rotors. To my surprise after inspecting my car they let me know I only needed the rear ones done. This honestly saved me half of what I expected to pay. Finding a shop with such integrity and exceptional customer service is everything to a senior like me. I highly recommend Tommy's Hi Tech Auto Repair without reservation

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really great experience with Tommy’s Hi Tech. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me updated, and did exactly what they said they would do. It’s hard to find businesses that are both knowledgeable and honest, but they definitely are. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Josh and the rest of the guys here were absolutely phenomenal. We were passing through with horses on the trailer and needed help. One quick call, and they immediately eased my mind and told me just to get to their shop and they would handle the rest. And, they did. Within a couple hours? They had the problem diagnosed and solved. Just really can’t say enough good about this. It could have been bad and very scary, and it was just handled so easily. I hope we don’t need their services again any time soon, but if we do I hope we are back in this area!

I've been a customer of Tommy's Hi Tech Auto Repair for nearly a year now. I drive a high mileage 2010 Toyota Camry that needed some serious (engine replacement, and subsequently, power steering pump replacement) service late last year. Tommy's did a wonderful job with my vehicle repairs back then. More recently, my power steering belt belt went out, but it was covered under warranty from service back in the fall. The diagnosis was fast, repair was done promptly and my car was ready the next day. Tommy's took care of the issue under warranty at no charge to me. All's good. Two thumbs up for Tommy's Hi Tech Auto. Thanks, guys!

I am writing a review to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received last week. After my car broke down on 2/11/26, I initially had it towed to a nearby shop where it sat for two days with very poor communication. Lacking confidence in that experience, I decided to have my vehicle moved to your shop, which proved to be the best decision I could have made. The team at TOMMY'S HI-TECH AUTO REPAIR kept me informed throughout the entire process and successfully completed the repairs in just one day. The level of professionalism and customer service was truly excellent. Although most of my communications was with Josh Sessions, I would like to also give a special shout-out to Josh, Nate, Violet for playing a part in my great experience and the service technicians who worked on my vehicle. Thank you all for another wonderful experience; you remain my go-to auto repair shop. Tommy's Hi-Tech Auto Repair is the BEST! -Anthonia Floyd [Toni]
